29. Systems: Internal & External Communications - PDF ONLY
The Three Paradigms of Systems - Clarity, Function, Enrichment
After setting our GOALS, we can move to the next step in our GSSTSC format, which is SYSTEMS. All Business Systems are Communication Systems, both internal communication and external communication. We have to select which “systems” we are going to utilize to achieve our stated Goals.
"As a start up less than 4 months old, Shawn has taken us in as a newborn company and taught us how to walk. At first, we did not know … what we did not know. This was our motivation to reach out for professional guidance." Allen
Selecting the “Systems” is the first step in the “how to” of achieving our goals. Internal business systems include, but not limited to, employee/technician training, management training, human resources development, sales training and team building.
"Shawn has assisted us in navigating the turbulent waters of creating a business, as well as establishing ourselves with a Blueprint to last. Shawn has been our "go to" professional for all our business and legal matters" -AE
External business systems include, but not limited to, CPA accounting, advertising, public relations, marketing and demographic/psychographic cultivation. So, if our goal is to increase “net profit”, we may want to use internal systems such as sales training or team building. Or, in addition, or in substitution, we may want to use external systems such as advertising with demo-graphics, cultural-graphics or psycho-graphics or temporal-graphics development in mind.
