This Course requires about two hours of your reading and writing into the downloaded materials... and  one hour listening and taking notes in a one hour Video Class.

In the inverse of “advantages” and equally important for a business to be successful, it must understand its own disadvantages as compared with its competitors. As most of us will occasionally admit, we are not perfect as business developers and owners… and our businesses have both advantages and disadvantages that need to be understood, leveraged and applied in a strategic manner to achieve success.

"With his systems of business in place one is able to expand in the horizon of what was possibly the untouchable dream for your business.” A.F.

As you understood in the last chapter… as to Convenience the multiplicity of your business advantages… your business disadvantages will magnify your difficulties and challenges in achieving business success.

"He has an uncanny ability to lift his client from despair to hopefulness with powerful encouragement and then deliver practical solution to their problem. Shawn inspires deep thinking and creativity in his clients. I am privileged to be one of them.” D.B.

Simply stated, your business disadvantages are anything that your target market has not communicated to you … not knowing that you are absolutely the best in delivering that specific benefit of the product you produce or the service you provide is a disadvantage. Here is the fulcrum of understanding… that your disadvantages are anything that your target market says is your disadvantage. Then, your job is to either produce a better product or deliver an improved service… or seek to graciously change the minds of your target market. Your first task is to compile what you believe are disadvantages and what your customers believe are areas that can be improved. How you say, will you be able to know these perceived disadvantages… well, the answer is research based upon surveys.
