Any business that cannot control its budgets is doomed for failure. Not knowing your anticipated costs as budgeted within your Break Even analysis and/or anticipated Pro Forma is a recipe for disaster in business.

“After starting the Business Blueprint for Success program, I feel more confident in my business because he is helping me build a strong foundation. Shawn is incredibly intelligent and insightful and has the ability to provide guidance, structure, critical feedback and reassurance all at the same time. He also has a wonderful sense of humor which I really appreciate!” J.P

The problem in not having a budget in mind goes all the way back to the Bible when it states “"Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Won't you first sit down and estimate the cost to see if you have enough money to complete it. For if you lay the foundation and are not able to finish it, everyone who sees it will ridicule you saying, “This person began to build and wasn't able to finish.” Apparently not properly developing a budget has been a human problem for many millenniums. Business Budgets are second in importance only to gross revenue.

“Shawn Jackson is a super sharp individual. Not only does he have a variety of business experience and knowledge, but he has an uncanny way of looking at a situation from angles that most people would never consider. It is especially his ability that I believe gives him a unique intuition when it comes to problem solving. His ability to work with me the way I like to work makes me happy to have Shawn on my side.” Mickey G

The “Three Paradigms” of Business Budgets are “Forecasts, Receivables, Payables”. As with any business budget, you will need to be able to “Forecast” a variety of industry, regional and economic factors so that you have a reasonable basis for knowing your anticipated “Receivables” along with understanding and accounting for both foreseeable and unforeseeable ”Payables”.
